# What To Do When You Are Bored Boredom is a typical cause of people using digital devices. Those devices have fried up their minds. They can't be bored. And they can't think of what to do offline. Therefore people end up using those digital devices again. Then what to do if you don't want to use those devices but also don't want to do a proper activity? I'm not going to lie. This happened a lot for me. I usually just have ended up doing daydreaming. I have found that a good thing to do is unironically reading "Industrial Society and Its Future" by Ted Kaczynski. It's not that long. You can start reading lightly. And if you start reading, you suddenly will not want to use those digital devices anymore.
