# Torrent Sucks

Since you can't turn off your computer. Especially if there are
few seeders.

There is no guarantee that the seeders will be online tomorrow. So
you have to download while you still can. And you have to seed
enough. That's a basic torrenting etiquet. Especially if you use a
private tracker, that's a must.

Because of these, you can't turn off the computer. And this makes
you dependent on the computer. Alternatively you can have a seed
box, but that can't solve the dependency. That's just outsourcing.
That costs money too.

So what to do instead? (Best to worst)

0. Buy a physical product with cash. (Offline)
1. Give up that thing.
2. Buy a physical product. (Online)
3. Use something like IPFS.
4. Search for a direct download.
