# Thoughts On Neuro-Sama

To explain for people who don't know who Neuro-sama is, she (or it
?) is an AI Vtuber. She can play games like osu, minecraft, pokemo
n. She has a TTS engine and she can interact with the chat like Ch
atGPT. For chatting, she insults your mom or says something like t
hat she got pregnant and doesn't know the father. She even can sin
g. In my opinion, her singing is a lot better than vocaloids. Voca
loid have great producers though.

So my first thought was this: "Dead internet theory is real!". I m
ean, I know that bots are everywhere and they dominate the interne
t world. But those are mainly in text form until now. From now on,
bots will broadcast and replace lots of Vtubers. Also, there are m
any voice AIs too. So you will not able to guarantee that whoever
you see on the internet is a real person.

Second, the integration between humanity and machine will accelera
te. Humans can do something and machines also can do. So why not i
ntegrate them? Just make humans cyborgs, right? Maybe an AI-aided
Vtuber would appear, for example. I'm not a fan of this transhuman
ism. And as Ted Kaczynski wrote on his manifesto, on this trend th
e usage of technology will become a MUST for your competency. That
sucks.

Third and the last, I think simping for an AI is another level sim
ping. You can argue that she's just imaginary as any other waifus
beside that she is an AI. But for me, it matters. Since I'm an ide
alist, I think the universe is mental so that every human being is
imaginary too as waifus. But an AI is calculated. And that matters
. Of course vocaloids are also somewhat calculated. But that's onl
y for music. In contrast, an AI is purely calculated. Seriously, I
don't want to simp for a calculated thing. I like Neuro-sama's per
