# There Is Almost Nothing To Do On The Internet

Of course you probably need to use the internet for your work, but
other than that almost all worthful things on the internet are
downloadable.

So I have started to think that in your free time, using the internet
once a week or even a month would be sufficient. Just download and
go offline.

An exception is when you want to upload something. But even in that
case, once a day would be an overkill.
