# The World Soul

Who are you?

You are yourself.

But in another sense, you are equal to all the events that happened
and will happen because of your existence in the world.


The former is your ousia. Ousia means essence. Your ousia is also
called your soul.

The latter is your energeia. Energeia means energies.


For everything, there are ousia and energeia.

Thus there is also the ousia corresponding to the cosmos. The cosmos
is in itself its energeia.

Since your ousia is called your soul, it's nice to call it "the
world soul".

The world soul governs the cosmos. Its another name is the
thing-in-itself.
