# Simplicity Of Porridge An idea suddenly came up in mind. "Is toasted flour borderline breadcrumbs?". Well it's not. The gluten hasn't formed. But I got the vision. I don't need to care about the forms of bread or noodles. Maybe bread and noodles are bloated. So I tried. I toasted flour with salt on a pan. I tried to eat it with a spoon. It was hard. Because I couldn't chew it. So I poured some water on the pan. I put some syrup in it. I mixed it. It wasn't bad. It became porridge. I have understood the raison d'etre of porridge. I ate it with olives. Nice. It was good for fasting. And cleaning the dishes was extremely easy.
