# Simple Existence vs Simple Process

You can simplify a problem by inventing new concepts or tools, but
they also increase existential (or theoretical) complexity. For ex
ample, it is very hard to make a fire with a bow drill, but with a
lighter it is nothing. However, sometimes all you need are a duct
tape and WD-40, not tons of fancy tools.

So how can we reach the optimal point? That's the problem.
