# Seasoning For Natto

I realised that I haven't written this on my webpage. So now I
write. If you haven't tried, give it a try. It's amazing.

Even if you are hesitant about natto, you would like it. This makes
natto much less pungent. Moreover this makes the slimy part of
natto taste like olive oil. But at the same time, this doesn't kill
the goodness of natto.



## Ingredient

* Natto
* Olive oil
* Black pepper

## Direction

1. Pour olive oil on the natto. A lot.
2. Sprinkle black pepper.
3. Mix it.

## Note

I prefer olive oil from Bari for this. Because it's spicy. Puglia
olive is good in general. But if your region produces olive oil,
buy a local product.
