# Quick Rice Bowl Recently I wrote heavy topics so I'll write something lightweight. This is what I usually eat when I don't want to cook. It is basically a fastfood. But it is infinitely healthier than instant ramen. As usual, I upload without a measure because I don't measure. ## Ingredient ### Main * Short rice * Tofu * Allium (Leek, Onion, Garlic, Scallion, &c.) ### Sauce * Shoyu (regular soy sauce) * Oil ### Optional Sesame, Nori, Wasabi, Lemon juice, Onion powder, Jalapeno, Benishoga (Pickled Ginger), &c. Just use what you have. ## Direction 1. Put rice, tofu, allium and optional ingredients in a bowl. 2. Sprinkle shoyu and oil. 3. Eat with chopsticks. ## Tips * For rice, brown > white. * For tofu, soft > firm. But not too soft. * If you can, use Tsuyu instead of Shoyu. Tsuyu is Shoyu + Dashi + Mirin with boiling. * For oil, I usually use liquid coconut oil because I fell for Dig Deeper's coconut oil meme. But I often add little sesame oil for flavor. * But you can use anything because this is a fastfood. Not a gourmet meal.
