# Mushroom Stir Fry This might be good while watching sakura. Or as an everyday food. Weekend is oil-free even if you do fasting. ## Ingredients * Mushrooms * Garlic * Breadcrumbs * Olive oil * Salt * Pepper ## Direction 1. Saute garlic in olive oil. 2. Put mushrooms in. 3. Sprinkle salt and pepper. 4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs. Abundantly. 5. Turn off the heat when the ingredients are sufficiently fried. ## Note Use whatever mushrooms you want. I like eryngii. If you have parsley, sprinkle it. Lemon juice is also good.
