# Make Children

I think that Sublimatio (sexual transmutation) is not really about
converting sexual energy. That's rather a result. It's more about
realizing that any creation process is the same with baby making
at the base level. Not in a vulgar sense. In the end, it's turning
into Air. Albedo.

Any creation is the same with sex. So you perform spiritual sex
for that instead of physical sex. And regard your creations as your
children. But still the most important thing is:

Procreate. Make spiritual children.
