# Make A Soda Bread I think this is the easiest bread I can imagine. It is criminally simple and cheap. You don't even need yeast fermentation. So do not reliant on unhealthy expensive breads. Do It Yourself! All ingredients except olive oil have 30+ years shelf life. Olive oil lasts several years too. Technically you can skip olive oil, but I strongly recommend it for the taste. And to eat healthy fat. ## Ingredient * Flour * Salt * Baking Soda * Olive Oil ## Instruction 1. Put all ingredients into a bowl. 2. Knead. 3. Microwave(!?). ## Note Hard wheat flour for bread. Soft wheat or barley flour for cookie. Traditionally it is all soft wheat, but I recommend that. Use whole wheat flour for nutrition if you can. For prepping, you can still use it if you grind wheat berries by yourself with a tool. Wheat berry is shelf-stable. Use a dutch oven (which is in fact just a kind of pot) if you are not going to use electricity. I strongly recommend it. But I wrote a microwave version because it is extremely easy so that you might try.
