and energy. Stop unnecessarily caring about everything. Dismiss
them and just do what you want. Live simple and clean.

Even when something looks fruitful, if that would increase the
maintenance cost of your life, avoid it.

Do not care about the details of life. Do not care much about the
material world. Do not work unnecessarily for those.

Go higher dimensions. You do not have to deal with all those bodily
things anymore.
