# Lent And Pascha

Lent is seperating and purifying soul and body. Pascha is reunifying
and resurrecting them.

Eating and sex are divine. But ironically because of that, you
should strictly restrict them. You should not contaminate the
divinity of them.

Eating is an applause for life. But if you always eat fine foods,
you forget thankfulness of it. It soon becomes a denial of life
instead. Like drunkeness.

Sex is a spiritual union manifesting love. Don't do it without
love. It is also the procreational energy. Do not numb nor waste
the divinity with things like overdoing, promiscuity, masturbation.

To bless them in the purest forms on Pascha, you need fasting during
Lent.

Basically the Emerald Tablet. It is how a creation happens.
