# Kykeon

Kykeon is an ancient Greek beverage which is also a meal. It appears
in various ancient Greek literature like The Iliad.

It is so simple but very tasty. The cooking time is under 10 min.


## Ingredient

* Barley flour
* Honey
* Water

### Optional

* Mint
* Red wine
* Grated goat cheese


## Direction

1. Toast barley flour in a pan until brown.
2. Put the barley flour and all other ingredients into a cup.
3. Mix.
4. Drink :)
