# Jaywalk Jaywalking can be dangerous, but I don't think it's unethical. Especially when there's no car. Think about it. There's a person who wants to cross a roadway and no cars are there. So the person crossed the roadway. Then what is truly unethical in that action? I can't find any of it. I also think that if cars are going to hit people without the restrictions, then we should ban cars instead. At least from cities / towns. Why should pedestrians sacrifice for cars? When a car hit a person, the person who will be hurt is always the pedestrian. Therefore jaywalk without any hesitation. You can avoid it for safety reasons, but there isn't anything unethical about it.
