# Do Not Use Proprietary JS Those are not different from other proprietary software. It's just that the language is JS. It is an oxymoron if you use free software but do not care about proprietary JS. The best way is unironically not using JS. If you use a browser which does not support JS, that's even better. But you may have to use it. In that case, using LibreJS with Tor would be good enough. [Stallman uses that way][0]. LibreJS is far from perfect though. P.S. Some websites like Neocities, PeerTube, Librarian, MikuInvidious, SearXNG, &c. use free JS but LibreJS doesn't know it. So manually whitelist those websites.
