# Do Not Use A Darknet Market

Since I recently got some Monero, I tried darknet markets to fulfi
ll my curiousity. It was also a practice of using my wallet secure
ly and buying things anonymously.

You know what? I only got scammed lol. Well, I already expected it
so that I tried only the cheapest options. And I wouldn't steal fr
om other people anyway. Basically this was a small educational cos
t. But a scam is a scam.

[This part was about my specific scam experiences. I've deleted it
since it might cause legal problems. Sorry.]


So I concluded that over 99.7% of darknet markets are scams. It is
hilarious that even clones of a scam exist. Because of that, every
darknet search engine is useless. Only some drug markets are legit
. But you should not order drugs anyway if you are not a drug addi
ct. Buying any physical thing is infinitely more dangerous than bu
ying information.

Also, don't believe the hidden wiki and similar link sites. Those
sites contain scams. It is not safe even if many clearnet sites re
fer them.
