I have some thoughts.

Concrete -> Abstract: Art
Abstract -> Concrete: Tech

but this also means

=> Feminine principle -> Masculine principle -> Feminine principle
                    (Art')                 (Tech')

in general. Thus we can redefine Art and Tech as

Feminine -> Masculine: Art
Masculine -> Feminine: Tech

Therefore "Art then Tech" is how to create.
