# Boiling Noodles With Baking Soda

Since I read that boiling spaghetti with baking soda turns spaghet
ti into ramen, I decided to try it with various noodles.

My thoughts are:

* Spaghetti - Ramen-style spaghetti.
* Somen - Hakata style thin ramen.
* Udon - Peeled udon :(
* Soba - Reimen

I also found that using BAKED baking soda is more effective. I'll
try it later.
